One Shirt | Four Spring Outfits

It’s time to take your favorite shirt and get creative! I recently bought the softest olive green t-shirt from Target and had to use it for the first in this new series!

I want to get into more fashion posts because I feel like I’ve lost my way along the style train. I worked in retail for years and it skewed my fashion sense and now I don’t really know what I like or what looks good on me.

Cue body image issues.

I don’t hate my body, but I have issues like most people. Recently, I think it’s been a lot of bloating or inflammation from what I’m eat, but that’s a whole other story coming up soon. I’m hoping focusing on cute outfits and what goes together will eventually turn into showcasing my body rather than covering it up.

End body image issues.

Now getting into the post, here are four ways to spruce up a plain ol’ t-shirt!

These are 100% pants, but a printed maxi skirt is also a way to go. I wore them this weekend with black spandex (booty shorts) underneath because the slits go all the way up. LOVE them, though. Super comfy, cute, and affordable! Hello, Target!

Body-con dresses are a forever-changing style in my mind. From club to casual, I see them everywhere. Because they are tight, it’s so easy to throw something over it!

This one is from Forever21, but I got it last summer. The shoes (also in the last outfit), are hella comfy and brand spankin’ new. I just bought them today from, you guessed it, Target. 😉

Casual is definitely my style. I love getting cute, but as I said above, I don’t really know how anymore. 🙂

But I know throwing your favorite tee with some denim shorts will never go out of style. Add some sneakers (or really beat up converse) and you’re set!

DIY Alert! I made these shorts from a pair of jeans I bought at a secondhand store. The unfinished hem just gets better over time!

Last, but not least, is a slightly more dressed up casual look. 😉 I would wear this out to dinner or the bar with friends. Black jeans go with ABSOLUTELY everything and will automatically dress it up, even with holes in the knees!

That’s it for the subtle look into my closet! I’m excited to do more and with the warm weather and ability to not wear seventeen layers, it’ll be way more fun.

Thanks for reading!
